A Great Showcase for a Great Cause

We graciously request the honor of your presence as we showcase your restaurant and others to 250 of our closest friends.

Event Details

Date: Friday, November 7 from 6:30 - 9:30 pm

Set up can begin at 5 pm.

Food and Drink Suggestions:

Please consider creating a nosh that features your signature dish or style. These bites will be individually served to our attendees. You may also create a cocktail sample to accompany your dish. We can provide you with a list of wines that will be served at the event, and we invite your input on a recommended wine pairing from that list.

Wildwood Park will provide for you:

Planning and execution of the event for 250 attendees
Marketing via social media, print advertisements, and the event website
First right of refusal for our 2026 event
On site support: two 6-foot sampling tables with tablecloths, promotional banners, electricity for your equipment, plates, napkins, utensils, ice, clean-up crew, and trash receptacles

Your restaurant is asked to provide:

At least 2 employees to cook and serve samples
Samples for 250 people
Cooking equipment and serving ware
Extension cord and power strip
Ice chest (if needed)
Table decor (if desired)
